Purchase of multiple figures:
I offer discounts to collectors of my work. 1st figure is full price; 2nd & 3rd, 15% off; 4th plus, 25% off. I require proof of purchase for discounts to apply. Discounts do not apply to sale items or those below $100. Gallery owners are not obliged to follow my discount policy.
Repairs: Minor repairs are made free of charge. All other repairs will be charged a fee based on time required for completion. E-mail for a quote. Owner of figure is responsible for all shipping charges.
Payment: I accept Paypal and debit/credit cards via a PayPal portal. This is a secure site and you do not need to have a PayPal account. Currently, I can accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover.
Taxes:
Sales tax of 7.1% will be charged for all Illinois purchases.
Shipping:
Standard shipping costs are included in the price of the artwork. I ship within the US via the USPS by Priority Mail. Express shipping is available at additional cost by request. International purchases are shipped via USPS by Priority Mail International; delivery times vary and customs can cause delays. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.
Returns: All sales are final.
